Is your child smart but scattered? Capable, but inconsistent?

The Executive Ed Center trains students in grades 5–8 to build their study skills to succeed independently.

Our mission is to transform the daily battles of school life — the arguments, procrastination, stress, and self-doubt — into a foundation of confidence, consistency, and growth.

We help students develop the executive function skills they need to succeed academically and personally, while giving parents the peace of mind that comes from no longer needing to nag, monitor, or micromanage.

When students build independence, families reclaim connection, and home becomes a place for quality time, not conflict over homework.

Our program is built around one goal:
Turn overwhelmed students into confident, self-directed learners.

 

OUR OFFER

👉 More than 32 in-person coaching sessions per semester
👉 Each session is 60-75 minutes long
👉 Small group pods to allow 1:1 time with the academic coach each session
👉 Parents workshops
👉 Designed specifically for middle schoolers
👉 Targeted support in executive functions, study habits, and academic follow-through

 

SCHEDULE & FORMAT

🔹 2 sessions/week: Choose Mon & Wed or Tue & Thu
🔹 Time slots are available after school: 3:30 – 4:45 & 5:00 – 6:15

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Phase #1: Discovery Meeting — 1:1 family intake
Phase #2 Online Training — Prep modules completed before the in-person start
Phase #3 Orientation — First session focuses on routines, structure, and goals
Phase #4 Live Sessions Begin — Students meet twice weekly
Phase #5 Ongoing Check-Ins + Grade Monitoring
Ongoing throughout the semester: Parent Workshop
