Strengthen Executive Function Skills — and Build a Stronger, More Organized Family Life
Strong executive function skills — like organization, time management, focus, and self-regulation — are critical for success in school and beyond.
Yet many students need more structured practice and support to fully develop these essential habits.
For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of coaching students and families in building executive function skills that lead to greater independence, confidence, and academic success. One truth has stood out: when families are actively involved in creating a supportive environment, the results are transformative.
That’s why I created FamCoach: Empower — a program designed to strengthen both student executive functioning and family systems through a combination of direct coaching and practical strategies. Together, we work to:
Help your child practice and strengthen key executive function skills through personalized coaching and guided activities.
Equip you with effective tools and routines to create a calmer, more organized, and goal-oriented home environment.
Foster an atmosphere where independence, confidence, and resilience can flourish naturally.
With FamCoach: Empower, you’ll gain the skills and support you need to lead your family with clarity, build routines that work, and empower your child to develop habits that will serve them for life.
You’re not just managing today’s challenges — you’re building a foundation for lifelong growth and success.

Discover your unique parenting styles and learn to align them for a cohesive approach. Unpack stress triggers, develop emotional regulation and create a strong foundation for teamwork in parenting.
2. Mastering Routines, Organization, and Time Management
Create predictable routines, maintain an organized home, and manage time effectively. Learn how these habits strengthen your executive functions and set a powerful example for your children.
3. Executive Functions Foundations for Parents
Reflect on your own executive function strengths and weaknesses. Understand how these skills impact your parenting and learn strategies to enhance your ability to model and teach them to your child.
4. Strengthening Rapport and Relationships
Cultivate open communication and address conflicts constructively. Develop emotional regulation and problem-solving skills to build trust, strengthen connections, and nurture your child’s self-esteem.
5. Enhancing Family Dynamics Through Executive Functions
Foster a balanced family environment with clear values, effective discipline, and self-regulation strategies. Learn to manage meltdowns, prioritize “me vs. we time,” and create a harmonious household.
6. Discipline with Purpose
Set boundaries, enforce consequences, and manage sibling dynamics with a focus on impulse control and flexibility. Use discipline as an opportunity to model executive function skills and reinforce family values.
Parents who join this program understand that successful parenting does not mean "easy" parenting. Instead, it is a complex process filled with challenges and celebrations (sometimes even simultaneously! :)
